Deliveries
**Kerb Side Delivery:**
Our delivery partners operate under the policy of delivering your pallets exclusively to the kerbside. Any further assistance beyond this is at their discretion. Please arrange to move your goods into your property once the delivery is made. Please note that failure to inform us of potential access issues before delivery may result in additional redelivery fees, which the customer must pay.
**Access Concerns:**
If you anticipate access issues for larger vehicles or road restrictions, please make us aware when placing your order or ASAP at info@murphysdirect.com. We'll work with you to find suitable alternative arrangements before the delivery day to ensure no redelivery is necessary. Any redelivery fees incurred due to lack of prior notification will be the responsibility of the customer.
**Delivery Surface Requirements:**
Pallets can only be left on flat, stone, concrete, or tarmac surfaces, free from obstructions like manhole covers. The driver cannot navigate inclines or across grass/gravel pathways.
**Delivery Tracking:**
We utilize one of the largest pallet networks with full track and trace capabilities. While we strive to provide a reliable service, please note that road deliveries are subject to factors beyond our control, such as road closures or traffic delays.

**Returns & Exchanges:**
If the product arrives damaged, the purchaser is required to provide photos showing the damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods. They must notify Murphys Direct within 24 hours of receiving the goods to arrange a refund or exchange. Photos can be sent directly to our office via info@murphysdirect.com; please include your order number, postcode, and phone number for reference. We require the damaged product to be returned to us before processing a refund or exchange for replacements. At our discretion, we may allow items to be returned; however, the price upon refund may not be the same as the original price paid.
**Other Cancellations/Returns:**
To inquire about cancellations and returns, please call 0429377094 or email info@murphysdirect.com with your order number, postcode, and phone number. If we do accept a return of the Products, they must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. You’re responsible for returning the Products to us at your own cost. Please take care of the goods and any packaging. If their value is diminished by any amount as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to deduct that amount from the refund, up to the value of the purchase price.
